Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of financial and administrative management principles and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US financial operations, including accounting processes, payroll management, and financial reporting.
• Administer and innovate the employee benefits program, ensuring coverage and legal compliance.
• Drive cash flow management and forecasting, identifying trends and setting projections.
• Champion continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and establish best practices.
