Qualifications

Requires 4+ years of related experience.
Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.
Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and advanced functions.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365; QAD preferred).
BI tools experience (Power BI/Tableau) and FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Monitor actual results against budgets and forecasts and explain variances.
Develop financial models to support strategic and operational decisions.
Perform profitability, cost-benefit, and investment analyses.
Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Create dashboards and presentations for management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
