The role requires a CPA, 10+ years in accounting/finance with healthcare experience, and 5+ years in a managerial capacity. Remote work is available, with a focus on financial strategy and cross-functional collaboration.

• CPA required.
• 10+ years in accounting/finance with 2+ years in public accounting preferred.
• 5+ years in a managerial role.
• 5+ years inHealthcare industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting, payroll, and financial operations.
• Oversee monthly close, internal/external reporting, and financial systems.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and month-end workpapers.
• Strengthen policies, procedures, and internal controls for timely reporting.
• Support audits, tax prep, budgeting, and lender reporting.
• Direct treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and debt covenant compliance.
