AGM Container Controls, Inc. in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Controller to lead finance and accounting functions. You will work closely with the CFO to develop financial strategies, manage budgets, and ensure integrity and timely reporting of financial results.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting with 3–5 years of related experience; CPA is preferred. On-site role with strong emphasis on controls, compliance, and strategic financial leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Three to five years of related experience preferred.
• CPA license is a plus and manufacturing/engineering background helpful.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounting, tax, and treasury operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain AGM’s accounting records and internal controls.
• Lead annual financial reviews and audits.
• Support CFO and report to President/Board of Directors.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
