Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or certification preferred.
• 8+ years of professional accounting experience.
• 3–5 years in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Ability to interpret financial results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and related activities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management analyses, explain variances.
• Lead annual G&A budgeting and forecasting with department managers and leadership.
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and documentation to protect assets.
• Coordinate tax filings, audits, and other financial information with external parties.
