Job summary

Micro-Tronics, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Site Controller to lead financial strategy and reporting for the site within the Arxis organization. The role partners with Site Co-General Managers and the Division VP of Finance to drive profitable growth and operational efficiency.

You will oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and SOX compliance, while mentoring the finance team and collaborating with operations across the site. A CPA/CMA is preferred, with 7+ years in manufacturing finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA or CMA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as financial lead for the site and partner with Site Co-General Managers.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth and objectives.
• Translate financial data into actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Develop, monitor, and enhance KPIs and cost controls.
• Collaborate with Operations and Site Leadership on inventory and cycle counts.
