Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role within an accounting team.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and or Finance.
• ERP systems knowledge with preference to NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of five accounting professionals.
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Responsibility for Sales & Use Tax filings in multiple states.
• Manage financial reporting and month-end close processes.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures; ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insight and support business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and drive greater efficiency.
