Job summary

ProMach's HMC Products division seeks a Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting, reporting to the division VP/GM with dotted-line to Finance VP. You will partner with manufacturing, sales, service, and engineering to drive profitability and financial discipline.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, close processes, asset management, cost analysis, and tax collaboration. Strong ERP experience, especially Syteline, and a hands-on leadership style are essential.

Qualifications

• Analyzes financial and operational results for profitability and risk.
• Extensive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning experience.
• Strong data synthesis and communication skills for management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements and policy adherence.
• Oversee revenue recognition under ASC 606 and contract reviews.
• Manage fixed asset records, CAPEX requests, and depreciation.
• Perform job costing to forecast project outcomes in the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Tax to ensure timely, accurate filings.
• Maintain and upgrade ERP and related systems.
