Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies seeks a strategic Controller to direct finance and accounting for our Cookeville, TN operations and support our Flagstaff, AZ facility. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements.

You will lead a team, drive the budgeting and forecasting cycles, manage audits, and provide financial insight to senior leaders while enabling continuous process improvements across finance functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial close, internal controls, and audit management.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations for the Cookeville and related facilities.
• Oversee financial close, reconciliation, and internal controls.
• Ensure local statutory reporting and tax compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and drive process improvement.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting and cross-functional leaders.
• Develop, coach, and manage the local accounting team.
• Support financial planning, revenue, cost, and working capital analysis.
