Job summary

CFS seeks an experienced Controller to oversee financial health, lead strategic planning, and strengthen reporting. You will join the leadership team to drive accuracy, compliance, and long‑term value creation. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 5–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership.

GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and strong communication are essential. MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership.
• GAAP knowledge, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Audits and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Strategy: strategic financial planning with executive leadership to align goals with business objectives.
• Budget Oversight: manage budgeting across departments with forecasting and performance analysis.
• Accounting Team Leadership: direct and mentor the accounting department ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Month-End & Reporting: coordinate close processes and deliver timely financial statements.
• Audit & Compliance: manage internal/external audits and regulatory documentation.
