Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with proven success in a Controller or senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with audits and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Strategy: work with executive leadership to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Budget Oversight: manage budgeting across departments with forecasting and performance analysis.
• Accounting Team Leadership: direct and mentor the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Month-End & Reporting: coordinate month-end close and deliver timely financial statements.
• Audit & Compliance: handle internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
