Job summary

CFS is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the accounting function and shape financial strategy. You will own GAAP reporting, close processes, and internal controls while guiding budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support executive decisions.

The role offers visibility to the executive leadership and an opportunity to build scalable accounting systems within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership experience overseeing accounting teams and processes.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and experience with financial reporting standards.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform leadership decisions.
• Experience coordinating audits and maintaining internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, reporting, and close processes.
• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
