Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
Leadership experience or potential to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate accounting standards.
Oversee general ledger activities, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and equity accounting.
Manage consolidation and reporting processes.
Coach and develop a team of accounting professionals.
Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
Coordinate internal and external audit support.
