Job summary

IntegraONE in Allentown, PA is seeking a Controller to lead the company’s accounting operations, provide accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic financial guidance for a growing technology solutions organization.

The role emphasizes internal controls, month-end close, budgeting, and partnering with leadership to improve profitability and cash flow while staying hands-on with core accounting functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• At least 3 years in a Controller/Assistant Controller or comparable leadership role.
• Experience in managed services, value-added reseller, technology services, or professional services environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll support, fixed assets, and cash management.
• Prepares monthly financial statements, P&L, and executive reporting packages.
• Delivers month-end and year-end close activities within deadlines.
• Analyzes profitability by department, service line, customer, and project.
• Develops budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial models.
• Presents results and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Calculates monthly commissions for Sales team.
