Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience across financial control/accounting/finance leadership.
• Strong financial reporting, forecasting and controls experience.
• A track record of improving processes and building structure in growing businesses.
• The confidence to challenge, influence and advise senior leadership.
• A proactive, hands-on approach—you see a problem and solve it.
• Experience in a high-growth technology environment is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting, month-end and year-end close.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning.
• Partner directly with senior leadership on commercial decisions.
• Build stronger financial controls and scalable processes.
