Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• 3+ years in a CFO or VP of Finance role.
• Experience raising debt or equity capital and managing banking lines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development for profitability.
• Manage treasury, working capital, and debt facilities.
• Develop capital-structure strategies and capital raises.
