Job summary

The Parent Child Center of Tulsa is seeking a Controller to serve as the organization’s principal financial officer. You will establish financial policies, plan budgets, oversee reporting, monitor risk, and communicate financial data to the CEO and Board.

The role requires leadership of internal controls, cash flow forecasting, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with senior staff and program leaders to ensure sound fiscal management, manage the annual budget cycle, coordinate insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent years of experience.
• Proficient in financial forecasting and cash flow management.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Adept at creating collaborative relationships with peers and leadership.
• Four+ years of management experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience with Board of Directors and Audit Committees.
• Experience with contract monitoring.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes financial policies and planning across the organization.
• Oversees reporting, monitoring, and financial communications with CEO and Board.
• Lead the annual budget process with Finance Committee and CEO.
• Manage risk, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Forecast cash flow and monitor liquidity; advise on major purchases.
• Coordinate with development and program heads for funding needs.
