Qualifications

• 5+ years experience.
• Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years
• Accounting Certification Preferred (CPA, ACA).

Responsibilities

• Develop direct reports (Cost Accountant) in journal entries, GL, and inventory reconciliation.
• Improve forecasting: SIOP, AOP, and P&L roll-up; set standards for the next year.
• Analyze monthly product margins to inform pricing, chargebacks, and future production plans.
• Learn facility operations to categorize expenses and prepare monthly/annual budgets.
• Develop short-term and long-term tracking/reporting goals for expense management.
