You will partner with the VP and leadership to analyze statements, manage inventory costing, and support cost forecasting, variance analysis, and financial audits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Two years experience as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager.
• Experience with standard costing, full absorption costing, and LCM calculations.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial activities and supervise accounting staff.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor costs, budgeting, and inventory costing.
