Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting functions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close; prepare financial statements and internal reports.
• Track job-level costs, progress billing, retainage, and margin performance.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow projections, and rolling forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP, tax regulations, and operational accounting rules.
• Partner with operational managers to provide cost reports, WIP schedules and variance analysis.
• Prepare documentation for audits, bonding and tax filings.
