Qualifications

• Five to ten years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or industry-equivalent certification.
• Strong interpersonal, diplomatic communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience leading and training accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Accumulate financial data and provide reports for Management and the Board, identifying trends and inefficiencies.
• Monitor costs and profitability; create analyses for the CFO.
• Assist in developing and implementing Activity Based Costing and branch accounting reports.
• Review and verify journal entries, classifications, and reconciliations; close monthly/quarterly/yearly books.
• Manage credit cards, stock ordering controls, and corporate expense handling.
• Prepare income and balance sheet statements and coordinate audits with external auditors.
• Assist in preparing 5300 Call Report and annual budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
