Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Five or more years’ accounting experience, preferably in health care.
• Experience with current accounting software especially Accounts Payable and Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all financial administration including general accounting, payroll, purchasing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Supervises daily functions of the accounting department and prepares regular financial analyses.
• Ensures GAAP compliance, timely month-end closings, and accurate financial statements.
• Provides financial information to operating management and supports audits and year-end reimbursements.
• Assists CFO with budgets, cost reports, and regulatory reporting.
