Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Six years of related work experience in general management, project management, budgeting or finance.
• Two years in a managerial role.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Conducts fiscal impact, cost-benefit, and economic analyses for projects and programs.
• Oversees special projects including grant/proposal coordination and liaison duties.
• Leads feasibility and economic impact studies for internal and external projects.
• Analyzes legislation and develops fiscal impact assessments and policy recommendations.
• Prepares departmental budgets, forecasts revenues, and monitors economic trends.
• Supervises accounting and clerical staff, managing hiring, training and performance reviews.
• Prepares financial reports for leadership review and executives.
• Collaborates with department managers to allocate resources and adjust funding.
