Bernalillo County is seeking a Fiscal Administrator / Finance Manager to lead a fiscal unit within Parks and Recreation. The role directs daily financial operations, supervises staff, and coordinates large-scale analyses and budgets.

Bachelor’s degree is required in a related field.
Six (6) years of related work experience in general management, project management, program analysis, budgeting and/or finance.
Two (2) years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

Conducts fiscal analyses (impact, cost-benefit, economic) for projects and programs.
Oversees special projects including proposal preparation, compliance, and liaison duties.
Prepares and reviews budgets, reports, and financial recommendations; supervises staff.
