Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
• Experience with inventory management.
• Experience in a medical office setting and healthcare administrative practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily financial systems and Workday adjustments.
• Prepare quarterly budget reports and collaborate with managers.
• Oversee accounts receivable, cash management, and procurement/PO processes.
• Develop five-year budgets in Adaptive and ensure cost center accuracy.
• Oversee store procurement, vendor payments, and PO reconciliation.
• Complete required university and SHS trainings.
