You will prepare complex models, perform variance analyses, mentor junior staff, and communicate insights to stakeholders while upholding university policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and analysis of financial activities for the Central UHealth system.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and dashboards for decision making.
• Perform variance analyses and trend forecasting.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts.
• Communicate projections to leadership.
