Job summary

Scribe is seeking a Finance professional to lead FP&A for the Revenue org, partnering with Sales, CS, and Support to drive strategic decisions. You will build robust models, forecast ARR, and analyze performance against targets in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Based in San Francisco with hybrid work, you will own budgeting, dashboards, and operating metrics, leveraging Sigma and Snowflake, and exploring Claude-assisted automation to streamline reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields.
• Strong ability to build and defend financial models.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, customer success, and support to turn data into decisions.
• Develop financial plans, budgets, and performance dashboards.
• Lead revenue forecasting, headcount and capacity analysis, and territory modeling.
• Automate reporting workflows and draft management commentary.
