Flagler Health is building an AI-native finance function to support its clinical operating system for musculoskeletal care. We are hiring a Strategic Finance Associate to own models, forecasting, and deal analysis, reporting to the VP of Finance and collaborating with CEO, Sales, and RCM.

You will shape a real-time finance stack that enables faster, better decisions. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in IB/consulting/FP&A at a high-growth company, strong modeling, SQL, and comfort with AI

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity / growth equity, or strategic finance / FP&A at a high-growth company, plus a bachelor's degree.
• Bias toward action: scope ambiguous questions, break down, and deliver a working model with a recommendation.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis: driver-based operating models and unit economics.
• Genuine fluency with modern AI tooling (LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering) for finance workflows.
• Hands-on technical aptitude with data: advanced Google Sheets / Excel, working SQL, and light scripting (Python).

Aufgaben

• Own the driver-based operating model and annual budget, evolving to a live data-connected forecast.
• Build monthly leadership and investor reporting and automate the data pipeline behind it.
• Develop unit economics by customer, clinic, and service line for pricing and growth decisions.
• Own headcount and cash planning, including runway scenarios and hiring/capital-allocation analysis.
• Design and ship AI-driven workflows across the finance stack (invoicing, collections, reconciliation).
• Evaluate, select, and implement tools to move beyond spreadsheets and set data integrity standards.
• Analyze revenue recognition and AR performance; support Sales with pricing and ROI analyses.
