Flow is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance to help shape company strategy, model new ventures from zero to one, and inform capital allocation across a growing real estate technology platform. You will build complex financial models and partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable narratives for executives.

Fluency with AI tools and a proactive, autonomous work style are essential in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5+ years in investment banking, consulting, PE, strategic finance, or startup operating role.
• Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, unit economics, and business cases.
• Own end-to-end workstreams for new ventures: market sizing, pricing, operating model design.
• Support M&A, partnerships, and investment activity in the venture pipeline.
• Create KPIs, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure.
• Prepare board and management presentations.
