• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build models independently.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently on ambiguous, high-priority requests.
• High analytical rigor and intellectual curiosity.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Scenario Analysis: Respond to inbound analytical requests, scoping, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality financial analysis under tight timelines.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses covering growth, capital allocation, and cost structures.
• Integrate internal financial data with external market intelligence for benchmarking and market sizing.
• Partner with FP&A to pull inputs into enterprise-level scenario frameworks.
• Support finance-wide initiatives and policy development to align with FP&A requirements.
• Own the enterprise long-range model with annual refresh for strategic planning.
• Translate complex models into executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with clear recommendations.
• Prepare CFO-ready briefing materials highlighting risks and sensitivities.
• Develop familiarity with Acrisure's financial architecture and non-GAAP frameworks.
• Maintain high accuracy and visual quality across deliverables.
• Apply hypothesis-driven thinking to ambiguous questions and deliver clear answers.
• Bring market awareness and external perspective to analytical work.
• Identify data gaps and resolve issues to preserve analytical integrity.
• As FP&A tools mature, accelerate depth of strategic analysis.
