Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Analytics and Strategy to translate complex financial and market questions into clear analyses and narratives for the Executive Leadership Team and Board. The role requires independently scoping, building financial models, and producing Board-ready materials with strong executive communication.

The candidate will integrate internal data with external market intelligence, own the long-range enterprise model, and partner with FP&A functions to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Ability to build investment cases and model complex economics.
• Experience integrating internal data with external market data for context.
• Proven capability to produce executive-level PowerPoint materials.
• Ability to frame problems and communicate clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ELT/Board requests with scoping and prioritized analyses.
• Build and refresh enterprise-wide financial models and scenario analyses.
• Incorporate external market data to provide benchmarking and sizing context.
• Collaborate with FP&A functions to align inputs with enterprise frameworks.
• Translate analysis into executive-ready presentations with insights and risks.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and visual clarity across deliverables.
