Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance and Business Analytics to own the economics of the US business end to end. This hands-on role partners with US leadership to model, explain, and optimize the full customer lifecycle from app install through deposit, trading, retention, revenue, and gross margin.

You will build driver-based financial models, KPIs, and reporting infrastructure to scale up new markets, payment partners, and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic finance or business analytics with hands-on modeling.
• Experience building driver-based financial models from scratch.
• Deep familiarity with transaction-level unit economics and margin drivers.
• Comfort in fast-moving environments with imperfect data.
• Experience defining KPIs and building reusable reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update US revenue and gross margin forecast weekly using driver-level data.
• Build cohort models tracking acquisition, deposits, trading, and retention by segment and channel.
• Decompose payments, fraud, and incentive costs to explain margin movements.
• Own weekly KPI reporting pack for US leadership with clear storytelling.
• Partner with growth/product teams to size new market opportunities and project unit economics.
• Develop detailed models for liquidity programs, hosting, onboarding, and transactions.
• Present analyses from framing to recommendation and drive decision making.
