Wonder is seeking a Strategic Finance professional in New York to drive unit economics improvements and capital deployment across the Unit Operations and Development teams. You will build and maintain driver-based financial models, work with SQL/Looker/BigQuery to source data, and translate insights into actionable actions for growth.

You will own underwriting for prospective sites, forecast detailed store P&Ls, cash-on-cash yields, IRR and payback periods, and support the Investment Committee

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 3–5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or commercial finance within business units.
• Elite financial modeling skills in Excel; able to build driver-based models from scratch.
• Navigate SQL, Looker, BigQuery for data gathering.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and cross-functional communication.
• Collaborative and adaptable in dynamic environments.

Aufgaben

• Store Operations profitability analysis including labor, waste, throughput, and costs.
• Underwrite new sites by forecasting P&Ls, cash-on-cash, IRR, and payback.
• Prepare Go/No-Go decks for Investment Committee.
• Monitor post-opening performance and refine forecasting assumptions.
• Own CapEx forecasting and related analyses.
