Job summary

DSV, a global transport and logistics leader, seeks a Programme Director - Finance & Data Analytics to own the finance data ecosystem, including the data warehouse, BI layer, and forecasting models, enabling Finance to drive better margin and cash decisions.

This senior individual contributor role leads through influence, mentors analysts, partners with IT and external vendors, and sets standards for data governance, reporting, and automation across Ops Finance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required in a related field.
• 8+ years in FP&A, finance systems, data engineering, or BI is required.
• Experience designing and owning a data warehouse in finance/ops environment.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and BI reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance data warehouse and data models supporting planning and analytics.
• Lead BI strategy and executive dashboards for finance across ops.
• Design, build and maintain scalable data models integrating ERP and finance data.
• Automate forecasting and planning models replacing manual processes.
• Lead cross-functional programs from scoping to delivery and mentor staff.
• Partner with IT and external vendors on platform decisions and security.
