DSV is seeking a Programme Director - Finance & Data Analytics to lead the design, build, and governance of the finance data warehouse, BI layer, and automated forecasting. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's is preferred.
• Expert SQL skills and experience with data warehouses and BI tools.
• Experience designing and delivering finance data platforms and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance data warehouse and data architecture for planning, reporting and analytics.
• Design and maintain scalable data models (star schema, fact/dim tables) integrating ERP and billing data.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and validate data from source systems.
• Establish data governance standards including data definitions and access controls.
• Lead BI strategy and self-service reporting across Ops Finance with executive dashboards.
• Automate forecasting and planning models and integrate with ERP data sources.
• Mentor analysts on SQL, BI tools, and data best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs, drive adoption of analytics solutions.
