The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in FP&A, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a Finance/Business degree; MBA/MSF is preferred. The position offers a broad global finance collaboration and opportunities to impact business decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for modeling and analysis.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA/MSF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support growth and efficiency.
• Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insights.
• Support global finance systems and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and enhance financial models for planning and initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level analyses and pricing/decision support.
