Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Financial Project Analyst (Real Estate Development & Facilities) to support capital finance operations, analyze project profitability, and ensure cost data accuracy across a portfolio.

The role requires collaboration with REDF colleagues, adherence to policies, and timely processing of contracts, purchase orders, and invoices with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 4 years of experience in Construction, Real Estate, Architectural, Facilities or Health Services with a strong understanding of construction accounting.
• Demonstrate customer service and communication skills.
• Must develop positive, cooperative relationships with colleagues and managers.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in Unifier is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support Capital Finance Operations team using Unifier and ad-hoc requests.
• Prepare and analyze financial plans, forecasts, and reports for management.
• Review and process contracts, purchase orders, change orders, tasks orders and invoices; maintain project records.
