Job summary

PillPack, LLC, part of Amazon Health, is seeking a Finance professional to steward growth in its Pharmacy Operations Finance Team. The role demands strategic and operational leadership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to drive performance across multiple business units.

You will influence operational strategy with leadership, develop new KPIs and reporting for pharmacy operations, and manage programs that scale a fast-growing, customer‑focused business in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field.
• 1+ years of finance experience.
• 2+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• Knowledge of Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Influencing operational strategy in partnership with the Operations’ leadership team.
• Developing new metrics and reporting on the health of the Amazon Pharmacy operations.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
