Amazon Health Services seeks a Principal Finance Manager within Amazon Pharmacy Finance to serve as a strategic finance leader, advising Pharmacy Finance leadership on growth, regulatory and operational risks, and long-range planning with AI-enabled insights.

The role reports to the Pharmacy Finance Director, offering high visibility, scope to shape decisions across Pharmacy and AHS, and opportunities to scale impact as the business grows in a fast-evolving healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

10+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
7+ years of finance technology, forecast & budgeting, or other finance-focused competency experience.
3+ years of healthcare experience, including Pharmacy industry, payers, PBMs, pharmacy operations, or healthcare reimbursement models.

Responsibilities

Strategic Advisor — shaping growth trajectory and care delivery models with high-judgment decisions.
Long-Range Planning & Growth — translate opportunities into long-range financial plans with quantifiedTrade-offs.
