Amazon Health’s Pharmacy Operations Finance Team seeks a Finance professional to steer growth in a complex, fast-growing space. The role focuses on strategic and operational leadership, partnering with operations, and building robust financial metrics to guide decisions.

You will work with executives and business units across Amazon, influencing decisions, implementing new programs, and scaling teams as needed while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, CS)
• 1+ years of finance experience
• 2+ years of applying KPIs to analyses
• Knowledge of Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• Experience in corporate finance including budgeting, forecasting and reporting

We are looking for a strategic and operationally-minded leader to join our Pharmacy Operations Finance Team, who is not afraid of ambiguity and challenges the status quo. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
• 1+ years of finance experience
• 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
