Qualifications

• 10+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field
• 7+ years in finance technology, forecast & budgeting
• 3+ years of healthcare experience including Pharmacy or PBMs

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisor — Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the Pharmacy Finance Leadership Team, helping shape decisions that will define Amazon Pharmacy’s growth trajectory, market presence, and care delivery model.
• Long-Range Planning & Growth — Drive strategic analyses for Pharmacy's growth, translating ambiguous opportunities into long-range financial plans with clear trade-offs and quantified alternatives for senior leaders.
• Executive Communications — Translate complex financial stories into executive-ready insight that drives leadership alignment.
• Cross-Functional Influence & Org Mechanisms — Partner with senior leaders across Pharmacy, AHS, Operations, and broader Amazon to drive alignment on strategic priorities.
• Financial Controllership & Governance — Promote a strong controllership environment, ensuring integrity of financial reporting and sound judgment on governance matters.
• AI Fluency & Innovation — Apply AI fluency to modernize how Pharmacy Finance operates—leveraging generative AI, agentic workflows, and automation to accelerate analysis.
• Talent Development — Raise the bar for the Pharmacy Finance organization through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
