Job summary

Socomec North America is seeking a driven Financial Analyst to partner with Sales, Operations, Services, and R&D, delivering financial insights to drive performance. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics, 3-5 years in finance, strong Excel and ERP/BI experience, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years in finance or business partnering, preferably within industrial, energy, or high-tech sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for business partners.
• Understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, results-oriented and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Services, R&D) to provide actionable financial analysis and business insights.
• Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives.
• Generate monthly reporting packages with variance/trend analysis and KPI tracking, including delta pricing and mix analyses.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
• Drive financial process improvements and support digital finance transformation initiatives.
