Job summary

Resource Label Group in Canada seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Finance, Operations, Sales and Customer Service across Scarborough and Montreal. The role focuses on planning, forecasting, and performance reporting to drive profitability and growth.

You will build models, analyze costs and revenue, and develop dashboards in Power BI. The ideal candidate is data-driven, with strong Excel skills and experience in manufacturing finance, plus bilingual English/French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A, Manufacturing Finance, Cost Accounting, or related finance roles.
• Experience supporting both commercial and manufacturing/operations functions is preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results against budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, headcount, capex, and initiatives.
• Partner with department leaders for budgets, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional and ad hoc analyses and projects.
