Centaurus Farms, based in Boulder, CO, seeks a Senior Analyst in Finance to deliver reporting, analysis, and models across operations, sales, and finance for its cannabis cultivation and production businesses in Colorado and Kentucky.

You will report to the CEO, develop KPI scorecards, consolidate results, manage budgets and capital projects, and translate data into actionable leadership insights. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly.

Qualificações

• Four to eight years of analytical work in financial planning, operations analysis, consulting, or banking.
• Self-direction: take loosely defined questions, determine what is needed, and return with an answer and caveats.
• Comfort with messy data: reconcile differing systems and report after validation.
• Plain communication: summarize findings for executives and walk production managers through details.
• Willingness to go to the floor: understand grow rooms, lab, and packaging lines.
• Experience with physical products in manufacturing, food, or consumer goods is preferred; cannabis experience is not required.

Responsabilidades

• Run the weekly scorecard and KPI reporting for executive review across states.
• Measure performance against the production plan and report variances weekly.
• Analyze sales and margin by product, customer, and channel including pricing decisions.
• Consolidate parent company and operating business results and assess capital needs.
• Build and maintain budgets, projections, and capital project models.
• Take on diverse projects as requested by the CEO, from quick questions to multi-week studies.
• Create repeatable reporting by pulling data from POS, track-and-trace, inventory, and accounting systems.
• Report inventory values while operations controls physical inventory and accounting holds value.
