Job summary

Centaurus Farms seeks a Senior Analyst in Finance to provide deep financial analysis, reporting, and modeling across Colorado and Kentucky operations. You will own the weekly KPI scorecard, assess performance against plans, and deliver insights for executive leadership.

The role blends operations and finance, with hands-on data work and ad hoc projects. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Controller, and ops leaders, leveraging Excel, SQL, and Power BI to build scalable reports and financial

Qualifications

• Four to eight years of analytical work in financial planning, operations analysis, consulting, or banking.
• Self-direction: define the question, determine what’s needed, and deliver with caveats.
• Comfort with messy data and reconciling disparate systems.
• Clear, concise communication for executives and production managers.
• Willingness to visit the floor and understand operations involving grow rooms and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly scorecard and the executive KPI report (production, yields, sales, labor) for both states.
• Measure performance against the production plan and report variances weekly.
• Analyze sales and margin by product, customer, and channel.
• Consolidate parent company and operating unit results; assess debt and capital and shared costs.
• Build and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and capital project models.
• Tackle ad hoc projects as requested by the CEO.
• Make reporting repeatable by linking to POS, track-and-trace, inventory, and accounting systems.
• Report on inventory value and physical inventory separately.
