Cerapedics in Westminster, CO, is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst - Finance to join the onsite Finance team. You will be a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership, delivering insights that drive revenue performance.

You will develop KPI frameworks, forecast models, and executive reports, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders. This role emphasizes automation, data quality, and scalable analytics to support planning and business

Qualifications

• Six or more years of relevant experience in Life Sciences, commercial finance, FP&A, or sales analytics.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Familiarity with data query / relational databases is beneficial (SAP, Power BI, SQL).
• Experience using AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting for revenue drivers.
• Analyze sales, customer, and product data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to define metrics and drive decisions.
• Build forecasting models to support planning, scenario analysis, and business strategy.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses; improve data quality and automation.
• Translate data into concise narratives for senior leaders.
