Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Finance - FP&A to support corporate FP&A, build forecasting models, and deliver insightful financial analysis. You will partner with department leaders to drive profitable growth, develop KPI dashboards, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes building, validating, and presenting financial data to executives, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant major.
• 3+ years’ experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate finance or a similar role.
• Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP and Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and flexible to daily changes.
• Able to execute and follow through to completion and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate FP&A across budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
• Build detailed forecast models highlighting major assumptions and analyze variances.
• Assist in M&A evaluations, capital expenditure analysis, and strategic planning.
• Define KPIs and integrate data sources to refine forecast accuracy.
• Prepare executive presentations and dashboards with financial insights.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop short- and long-term strategies.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and implement process improvements.
