Qualifications

• Eight+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing, cannabis, agriculture, or related sectors.
• Experience consolidating multiple entities and state operations.
• Experience implementing or migrating ERP/inventory systems.
• Strong ability to explain numbers to non-finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close for two-state operator, including intercompany activity.
• Manage inventory costing, SKU-level product costs and BOMs.
• Oversee debt, related-party balances, and allocated costs.
• Lead rollout of ERP/inventory systems across KY and CO.
• Provide budgets vs. actuals monthly to leaders.
