Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst in aHybrid role to support the GSMS Mission Area, TPY portfolio. The analyst will manage production finance processes and provide critical insights to program teams while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across dispersed locations.

The role requires a university degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years, and hands-on experience with SAP, BI tools, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis.
• Conduct side-by-side analyses with teams to grow analytical capability.
• Build business relationships and trust with stakeholders across programs and functions.
• Identify trends, consolidate information, and recommend solutions to challenges.
• Serve as a business partner providing insights to Mission Areas and Business Unit Leadership.
