RTX is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst for the OSC Finance Organization in a Hybrid role based in the United States. You will support GSMS Mission Area TPY portfolio, conducting production finance processes and delivering insights to multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a university degree with 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years, plus strong SAP, PRISM, and Excel skills and GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, PRISM and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills; GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis.
• Consolidate information and identify metrics for executive presentation.
• Partner with mission area leadership to drive analytics-driven decisions.
